Learn about our Coaching Squads and Quick Start program!

Sessions run alongside school terms.

The Level 1 Quickstart program is designed as an introduction to paddling on flat water. These sessions are fun and incorporate games while teaching children and adults basic paddling skills in order to develop confidence and competence on the moving water. This program is run in the 1st and 4th school terms.

Registration will reopen in term 4.

The Coaching Squad program offers paddlers at a intermediate level the opportunity to further develop slalom-specific techniques in an extended 1-hour session beginning at the start of each new school term. The program will run for 8 weeks. Due to popular demand, we have added an option to participate in an extra session per week. Note: You must be an MCC member to participate in this program. More details can be found on the “Coaching Programs” page, located here. The sessions will run 4:30pm – 5:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday also on Sunday 11:00am-12:00pm. This program begins on the 23rd of April 2024
